Yeah, she was born in Ontario, Canada, I believe, and since some parts of Canada speak French, her parents named her Avril, which means April. It's not exactly her "real" name, it's just what her name means. You may hear people in the US named April. If they went to France, or the French speaking parts of Canada, their names would be pronounced as Avril.

I saw that somewhere else and i still don't know if it's ture but it could be because i was looking at some pics. of miley and hannah and in some hannah's skin looks like it's a different color. Maybe it's because cause of the wig or the way the light is, or maybe she just had a tan at that time but her haveing a twin sis. is not out of the question. i'll see if i can find anything else out about it.
